Free Roam Above the Mist, 2012

Virtual processes are, according to Deluze, perfectly real, a real virtuality which has nothing to do with what we call virtual reality. And yet, because this real virtuality constitutes the normal machinery behind the phenomena, that is, behind reality as it appears to us humans, because this real virtuality governs the genesis of all real forms, it cannot help but be related to virtual realities, not only those created by computer simulations, but also by novelists, filmmakers, painters and musicians.

Only where the state ends, there begins the human being who is not superfluous: there begins the song of necessity, the unique and inimitable tune.

Where the state ends-look there my brothers! Do you not see it, the rainbow and the bridges of the Übermensch?

– Thus Spoke Zarathustra, Nietzsche
